IV. Dispatch & Deliveries
We provide free shipping to all customers within Australia. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon completion. Orders completed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In major Australian cities the shipment will arrived within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. We provide order tracking for all orders shipped within Australia. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
V. Cooling-off Period
All online orders placed through our platform come with a 24-hour cooling-off period, starting from the time of purchase. During this cooling-off period, customers have the right to request a full refund, no questions asked. To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within the 24-hour cooling-off period. Note the cooling-off period does not apply for deposit paid on orders made in the face-to-face consultation or custom order invoices.
Please note that while we strive to provide the best service to all our customers, we also need to ensure the fair use of our policies. If we identify any customers who are misusing or exploiting our cooling-off period by repetitively placing orders and then cancelling them, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and, in extreme cases, refuse service. VI. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We offer 30 days no questions asked refund policy on our stocked ready-to-wear jewelleries. The item being refunded must be in its original condition without any signs of wear and damage. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item has been damaged, altered, or worn.
For our custom-made rings, jewelleries and diamond purchases, these are non-refundable (except purchases made via our online platform and within the cooling-off period), once the deposit on such an order is paid the order cannot be cancelled. However, we provide services to on-sell your items for you in our store free of charge to help you recover the item cost as soon as possible.
VII. Availability of Diamonds
In the event that the ordered diamond becomes unavailable after the 24-hour cooling-off period, or after deposit payment in a face-to-face consultation, we will make every effort to find another diamond of equal quality or better and offer it to the customer at the same price. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will provide a full refund to the customer at the earliest instance.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer repairs for any damages or defects that occur due to normal wear and tear within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, repairs may be subject to a fee. To request a repair, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to refuse repairs if the item has been damaged, altered, or worn beyond normal wear and tear.

At Amelie Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring that your jewelry fits you perfectly. That's why we offer a complimentary 'free ring resize' service for all our valued customers. If you find that your ring needs resizing within 30 days of receiving it, simply reach out to us, and we'll be delighted to assist you at no additional cost. However, please note that for resizing requests initiated beyond this 30-day window, a $90 labor cost will be applied. We believe in providing exceptional service, and this policy helps us continue to deliver the quality craftsmanship you deserve.
