I live in Victoria, how will my parcel be delivered?
If you live in Victoria, our team will personally deliver your package to you; otherwise, you may arrange to pick up the ring from our Melbourne CBD showroom or Melbourne Blackburn workshop.
I live outside of Victoria, how will my parcel be delivered?
If you live outside of Victoria, your parcel will be delivered by courier; your ring will covered by insurance for the delivery, so you won't have to worry.
How long will delivery take?
The courier service usually delivers from Melbourne to the rest of Australia within three business days.
Warranty and Returns
I changed my mind on the purchase of your stocked item, can it be refunded?
We offer 30 days no questions asked refund policy on our stocked ready-to-wear jewellery. The item being refunded must be in its original condition without any signs of wear and damage. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items.
I changed my mind on my engagement ring order, can I get a refund?
If you placed your order via our online platform, you may cancel your order during the 24-hour cooling off period. Outside of that, our custom-made rings, jewellery and diamond purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
The ring arrived, but it is does not match the description of what I purchased, what can I do?
If you believe the ring you received doesn't match its description, please contact our customer support team immediately. Include details about the discrepancy along with any relevant photos or documents. We will review your claim and if we confirm the discrepancy, we'll provide suitable options such as a full refund, a replacement ring that matches the original description, or a discount on the received item. Please make sure to make your claim within 7 days of receiving the item.
The ring appears faulty, what can I do?
Rings procured through Amelie Diamonds comes with a lifetime manufacture warranty. Please note that warranty claim will need to first go through Amelie Diamonds jeweller's evaluation. Defects are determined upon inspection and specifically include loss of pave, flaws in the metal, and minor prong adjustments. Keep in mind that under normal conditions, manufacturing flaws will materialize within the first few months to a year of ownership. Any issues that arise thereafter are likely a result of wear & tear and/or incidental damage.
What payment types can I use?
Our online platform accepts payment from all major credit / debit cards. For our face-to-face consultation the preferred payment method is online bank transfer to our business account. Account details will be noted in purchase invoice you receive from us. We also have EFPOS machine at our showroom and workshop, which accepts all major credit / debit cards.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, but due to security reason it is advised against cash payment. If cash payment is needed it will need to be carried out during business hours at our showroom or workshop.
